Vision
We envision Mountain Province as a globally recognized prime eco-tourism destination area anchored on sound community management that is supportive of ecological and cultural integrity and cognizant of community initiatives in environmental protection and preservation of indigenous skills, knowledge and practices as tools for sustainable development.
Mission
The Provincial Government of Mountain Province through the Provincial Tourism Office in partnership with Local Government Units and other stakeholders in the Tourism Industry shall:
-Serve as a conduit in the wider promotion of responsible tourism based on sound ecological and culture based ideologies.
-Be at the forefront of effective and efficient tourism service delivery sensitized to community needs and aspirations to include relevant GAD perspectives.
-Fervently support community based ingenuity in the promotion of tourist destination areas in the province.
-Continuously support and strengthen organization in the tourism industry through appropriate technical assistance.
-Lead in the promotion of tourism products, services, markets and technologies and come up with innovative activities
adherent to the principles of maintaining ecological balance
