The town of Sabangan is known for its clean fresh waters of the Kapangdan river traversing through mountains and rice terraces which provide natural swimming, picnic and camping areas. Gagayam Festival

This cultural festival which was conceptualized in March 2007 coincides with the annual Town Fiesta in honor of the town’s patron Saint Joseph the Worker. The festival aims to revive and promote culture among the young generation.
